South Carolina is excited to host this year’s 2017 Southeastern States Audit Conference. The conference brings together industry professionals to discuss and review audit topics faced by transportation agencies across our region. This year’s conference will include sessions focused on the following areas:

Schedule
Conference registration will be open Sunday November 5th from 2:00pm – 5:00pm and November 6th, beginning at 8:00am.  Conference sessions will begin at 8:30 Monday morning and end on Wednesday at noon.  There will be a reception Sunday and Tuesday evenings.  Breakfast will be provided Monday – Wednesday and Lunch will be provided on Monday and Tuesday.

Registration Fee
Attendee Registration fee is $119 per person (City, County, State, & Federal Agencies)
Attendee Registration fee is $219 per person (Private/Other Agencies)
Guest Registration fee is $50 per person

Payment Policy
Payment must be received no later than 5 business days prior to the conference. If your registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before a class, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the training.  No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
