This year the conference will focus on a variety of issues facing the design, construction, and maintenance of our state’s highway system.

Some of the topics featured in the 2015 Conference include an update on the state’s 2014 Winter Storm cleanup, design build project success stories, environmental issues such as mitigation and noise impacts, Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Compliance. , 3-D Modeling, pipe installation and inspection, stormwater management, Asset Management and SCDOT’s Multimodal Long Range Plan and MAP-21 Pavement and Bridge Rule making.

Schedule:

On-site registration/check-in will begin at 8:00am on Tuesday, March 31st. The conference will begin at 9:30am and adjourn around 5:00pm. There will be an evening networking reception with our vendors starting at 5:00pm and ending around 6:30pm. On Wednesday, April 1st breakfast will begin at 7:30 and the conference will start at 8:00am. We will adjourn around 5:00pm.

Registration Fee:

Conference Attendee Registration fee is $125 per person.  For SCDOT participants, invitations will be issued by SCDOT administration only.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before a class, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the training.  No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.

Payment Policy

UPDATED 2/15/23 – The Transportation Technology Transfer Service now accepts Electronic Check (ACH) payments in addition to credit card payments. While credit card payments are still the preferred payment method, you now have the Electronic Check (ACH) option. Your payment must be received within 5 business days of your registration. If your registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference.
