Registration for the 2015 SCAPA Winter Conference is now open!

The conference will take place on Monday,January 19-Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the Embassy Suites in Columbia, SC. Join your colleagues for a Tradeshow Reception featuring our vendors and sponsors on Monday, January 19th from 5:00-7:00PM. The Winter Conference will be held on Tuesday,January 20th from 8:00-4:00PM. We are offering 4.75 PDHs to those who qualify.

This conference is targeted to asphalt contractors and industry suppliers, SCDOT engineers/inspectors, local government public works employees and consulting engineers. The cost to attend is $100.00 for SCAPA Members, $125.00 for non-members and $85.00 for State/Federal/County employees. We are also offering a special discounted rate of $75.00 for exhibitors and sponsors.  This price includes entry to the tradeshow reception on January 19th, as well as your breakfast, lunch, breaks, conference materials and 4 PDHs during the conference on February 18th.

The deadline to register is Friday, January 9, 2015.

SCAPA has reserved a room block with a limited number of rooms. The room rate at the Embassy Suites is $131.00 per night (plus tax), and these rooms are on a first-come-first-serve basis. For room reservations, call 1-800-362-2779 and use the group code “PAV.”

CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund of registration fees will be given if a cancellation in writing is sent to SCAPA office before Monday, January 12, 2015.

Payment Policy

UPDATED 2/15/23 – The Transportation Technology Transfer Service now accepts Electronic Check (ACH) payments in addition to credit card payments. While credit card payments are still the preferred payment method, you now have the Electronic Check (ACH) option. Your payment must be received within 5 business days of your registration. If your registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before a class, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the training.  No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
