The exhibit booth consists of a formal area with a table, two chairs, and table skirting. Exhibit locations will be numbered and pre-selected on a first come, first serve basis, with sponsors having priority. Exhibitors must check-in at the registration desk Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 9:00am-1:00pm. Exhibit set-up is Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 9:00am-1:00pm. Outdoor exhibit space is limited to sponsors only. Please see the sponsorship page for details.
Please do not ship displays or materials to the Wild Dunes Resort. Displays and materials must be shipped through Displays Unlimited. Shipping forms can be downloaded here.
Exhibitor Prize Donation
“Door” prizes will be given out during the Exhibitor Showcase on Monday afternoon with the exhibitors. Minimum value is $25. Donating exhibitors are announced when the prize is awarded.
Payment must be received no later than 5 days prior to the conference. If you registration payment is not revived by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference. Walk-ons will be accepted with full payment made on-site.
If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before a class, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the conference. No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
