This year’s conference will provide a variety of learning opportunities for engineers, contractors and professionals responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of our state’s highway system.
On-site registration/check-in will begin at 8:00am on Tuesday, April 12th. The conference will begin at 10:00am and adjourn around 5:00pm. There will be an evening networking reception with our vendors starting at 5:00pm and ending at 6:30pm. On Wednesday, April 13th breakfast will begin at 7:30 and the conference will start at 8:00am. We will adjourn around 5:00pm.
Payment must be received no later than 5 business days prior to the conference. If your registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed your slot at the conference.
If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before the conference, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the training. No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.
