T3S Partnership
The Transportation Technology Transfer Service (T3S) is pleased to be associated with the 2021 SCAPA Fall Conference. As part our agreement with SCAPA, we are facilitating this year’s conference. T3S will be handling all registrations and payments for SCAPA. Payment transactions/invoices/receipts will be from Clemson University Transportation Technology Transfer Service (T3S). Neither Clemson University nor T3S benefit from the proceeds of the registration fees or sponsorships of the SCAPA Conference. All proceeds go to the American Planning Association South Carolina Chapter.
