The 2017 Annual Conference will kick off with our second annual charity golf tournament at the Harbor Course at Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms on Wednesday, February 1st.

Conference registration will be open Wednesday, Feb. 1st from 5:00pm – 7:00pm and Thursday, Feb. 2nd at 8:00am.

Individual Registration Fee – $110 per person (After January 15, 2017 – $150 space permitting)

Registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, Thursday and Friday breakfast, Thursday lunch and reception, access to the Exhibit Hall for the duration of the conference and continuing education credits.

Payment Policy
Payment must be received no later than 5 days prior to the conference. If your registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference. Walk-ons will be accepted with full payment made on-site.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before the conference, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the conference.  No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.

UPDATED 2/15/23 – The Transportation Technology Transfer Service now accepts Electronic Check (ACH) payments in addition to credit card payments. While credit card payments are still the preferred payment method, you now have the Electronic Check (ACH) option. Your payment must be received within 5 business days of your registration.
