Annually the South Carolina Alliance for Mobile Infrastructure holds a conference for the purpose of training new members, showcasing the latest in industry products and services available, and to provide opportunities for networking. The Alliance conference attendees are transit service provider executive directors, human service directors, councils on aging, education officials, and their staff, which include the following areas of management: human resources, procurement, finance, maintenance, training, vehicle operators, and quality assurance. Local, State, and Federal Officials are also in attendance each year.

The site for this year’s The Alliance Annual Training Event and Exhibition is the Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort, 8400 Costa Verde Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572. All reservations must be made prior to January 23, 2015 to get the conference rate. The room rate is $105.00 per night, plus tax. You may register by the following options.

This year we have made an effort to simplify the registration process by creating an all inclusive price.

Attendee Registration (Member): $465
(Includes everything from Thursday – Saturday: Thursday training, reception, dinner, Friday training, breakfast, lunch and breaks, Saturday roadeo breakfast, lunch and awards banquet)

Attendee Registration (Non-Member): $625
(Includes everything from Thursday – Saturday: Thursday training, reception, dinner, Friday training, breakfast, lunch and breaks, Saturday roadeo breakfast, lunch and awards banquet)

Attendee One-Day (Thursday or Friday): $210
(Includes Thursday training, reception, dinner OR Friday training, breakfast, lunch and breaks. Does not include Roadeo lunch or awards banquet)

Payment Policy
We encourage advance registration

Payment must be received in our office no later than 1 week in advance of the conference. If you have not contacted us with regards to payment, you will not permitted to attend the conference and will be removed from the conference attendee roster.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before a class, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour deadline your registration fee will not be refunded. You may send a substitute in your place, provided that you inform us of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the conference.  No-shows will not have their registration fee refunded.

Payment Policy

UPDATED 2/15/23 – The Transportation Technology Transfer Service now accepts Electronic Check (ACH) payments in addition to credit card payments. While credit card payments are still the preferred payment method, you now have the Electronic Check (ACH) option. Your payment must be received within 5 business days of your registration. If your registration payment is not received by then, you will not be guaranteed registration for the conference.
